And it’s FREE. Complimentary. Gratis.

At SCORE, we know that everyone has a mission in life, and ours is to help you achieve yours. Whether you’re a current or prospective business owner looking for guidance, a partner business looking to assist us in our mission, or a volunteer with experience to share, we’ll help you meet your match. Are you facing multiple business challenges? No problem, SCORE doesn’t limit the number of free counseling sessions.

SCORE Central Coast, has been counseling small businesses and nonprofits since 1990. We are an active chapter and have more than 20 volunteers. Our mentors are experienced business founders and managers who volunteer their experience and knowledge to help potential business entrepreneurs, existing business managers, and non-profit executives achieve success. SCORE mentors provide you with in-depth, relevant, practical advice on the feasibility and implementation requirements of an idea or plan, and can help you solve the problems that go with building a successful enterprise. Our reward is the delivery of useful advice in a manner that serves you well.

HOW WE WORK

Because our work is supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and thanks to our network of dedicated volunteers, we are able to deliver our mentoring services (face to face or via Email), tools, and templates at no charge. Additionally, low-cost educational workshops (both online and local) are offered throughout the year.
