My career experience involved serving as a program manager assuring that products and systems for the Department of Defense were delivered on time, within cost and met specifications. I managed a Contracting Office for seven years supervising departments responsible for contracts, engineering, quality control, property management and deliveries. I also have 20 years experience developing & implementing quality assurance policies & procedures. I am familiar with manufacturing, assembly and testing methods; and commercial and industrial construction. Base on my credentials described below, I can provide assistance to successfully launching a new business or help make changes to improve the efficiency and profit of an existing business. Together we can create a plan, organize the necessary elements to fulfill the plan, hiring and train employees to perform the work, and make changes accordingly to fulfill the company’s mission.
I have twenty five years of experience as a SCORE volunteer mentor. I have guided hundreds men and women seeking assistance in starting or improving an existing business. My strengths are understanding the client's business issues, identifying the proper course of action and share the best solutions to successfully start a business or make changes to existing businesses' problems. I have reviewed many business plans and financial projections and offered suggestions to increase the chances of success. I have presented many workshops consisting Starting a Business and Marketing. During my tenure as a SCORE volunteer, I severed as a Chairman in two chapters one I resurrected in the Lakes Region of NH. This chapter's membership grew to 20 men and women. I also received the SCORE’s Platinum Leadership Award on two different occasions.
