For 30 of the past 40 years, I was self employed and owned and managed several real estate businesses with between 2 and 15 employees. Services offered in these business entities included commercial and residential real estate appraisal, environmental consulting, real estate brokerage and development with a focus on land development. I can help SCORE clients with start-up solutions, risk assessment, finance and anything real estate related. I also have a keen interest in personal finance as a means of building wealth, managing and eliminating debt and funding small business enterprises. Avocations include outdoor sports of fishing, hunting, winter sports (skiing - snowmobiling) and dog training, music, reading and cooking.
